Our 10,000-square-foot manufacturing facility utilizes high-end woodworking equipment staffed by expert carpenters. Articulating Band Saws, Wide Belt Sanders, Large Planers and Shapers are a few of the machines necessary to pre-fabricate any custom heavy timber project. Both our facility and our equipment can accommodate extremely large timber beams, so we are able to scroll cut and prefabricate unusually large items.

Download our catalog.. Feel free to use one of our standard profiles or allow us to customize decorative end-cuts for you. All hardware is included. All of our catalog items meet Miami-Dade wind code and come complete with detailed engineering specifications.
We will customize any kit for you – modify our standard items or create an entirely new piece. We will handle take-offs from existing plans or assist engineering new products for your project. Including assistance with engineering changes needed to accommodate any attachment detail you may require and will provide paint, stain and finish suggestions depending on the climate and weathering your heavy timber product will endure.
For large and/or custom installations, RCG can staff an experienced crew of carpenters to install your heavy timber products – we have 5 offices covering the state of Florida and can handle jobs anywhere in the United States.
